Studio Information
Alberta-Based. Built to Work Beyond It.
Sterling Creative Studio Inc. is a human-centred, Creative Director-led enterprise based in Alberta, Canada.
We work with business clients across Alberta, throughout Canada, and internationally when the project type, production requirements, access, schedule, and budget make the engagement practical.
One Enterprise.
Four Creative Divisions.
Sterling Productions™
Cinematic commercials that reveal the people, process, care, and professional standard behind a business.
Sterling Archives™
Human-centred documentary storytelling for company histories, founders, people, and milestones worth preserving.
Sterling Growth Office™
Ongoing marketing and creative direction across websites, social communication, photography, motion, advertising, publications, and business materials.
Sterling Brand Assets™
Brand identities, websites, packaging, product labels, presentations, publications, copywriting, and focused Creative Support.
Businesses may work with one division independently.
When a project extends further, Sterling can coordinate only the divisions that are relevant.
Founder and
Creative Leadership
Sheerwin Besana
Founder, CEO and Creative Director
Sterling Creative Studio Inc.
He leads the enterprise, its creative businesses, overall direction, client relationships, and final creative review.
He studies the business, establishes the direction, communicates with the client, assigns the appropriate creative professionals, and ensures that the completed work remains consistent with the approved purpose and Sterling standard.
Sterling’s professionals contribute according to their discipline, but the work remains coordinated through centralized creative leadership rather than being passed between disconnected providers.
Why Sterling Works
with Businesses
Sterling is built primarily for business-to-business engagements.
Business communication carries commercial, operational, and reputational responsibility. It may influence how customers understand a service, how employees represent the company, how products are presented, and whether the business appears credible.
That requires more than attractive visuals. It requires accurate information, clear priorities, professional judgement, and an understanding of the business behind the work.
Sterling does not create false claims or present a company as something it is not. The business remains responsible for confirming its facts, services, prices, policies, dates, qualifications, and operational information.
Human-Centred
by Standard
Businesses are built by people and trusted by people.
Sterling studies the human experience behind the company before deciding how it should be written, designed, photographed, filmed, animated, or presented.
Technology may support internal research, organization, planning, and workflow. Final decisions and client-facing work remain under human creative direction.
Sterling does not use generative imagery or video as documentary evidence, as a substitute for real people and environments, or as false product representation.
Why Standards Matter
A business may appear through its website, social platforms, advertising, presentations, packaging, photography, and printed materials. Sterling keeps the understanding, language, visual direction, production quality, and final review connected so the business remains recognizable wherever people encounter it.
Where We Work
Alberta
Sterling is based in Alberta and can provide local creative direction, photography, filming, design, and production according to availability and scope.
Across Canada
Canadian projects are considered according to the work required, travel, production access, schedule, and approved investment.
International
Design, brand development, writing, motion, website work, consultation, and other remote-compatible services may be delivered internationally.
Photography
and Filming
On-location photography and filming are planned according to the location, access, people involved, production schedule, travel, equipment, permissions, and intended deliverables.
When Sterling cannot reasonably attend, professionally captured materials supplied by the client or an approved local provider may be considered. All supplied material is reviewed for suitability and quality before the project is accepted.
Creative Support
Sterling Brand Assets™
Creative Support is for defined design, copywriting, photography, packaging, publication, and promotional requirements.
Selected straightforward requests may be completed within two to five business days. Original or multi-format work is scheduled according to scope.
One Place for the Project
Approved projects are organized through a private HoneyBook portal for agreements, invoices, communication, shared files, approvals, and payments. OneDrive supports larger working files and final delivery when needed.
Costs Outside the Creative Fee
Printing, fabrication, installation, shipping, advertising spend, hosting, travel, permits, talent, licensing, and other third-party costs remain separate unless included in the approved scope.
Working
with Sterling
Sterling works with established businesses, growing companies, institutions, and professional organizations.
Each enquiry is reviewed according to fit, scope, timing, access, budget, and available capacity.
